چکیده
With the development of nanoscale thermophysics, a vast number novel phenomena have emerged, which closely relate to phonon weak couplings. The causes couplings mechanism and related physical discoveries are discussed in this article, including size effect low-dimensional systems, multi-temperature model, van der Waals cross interfaces. Corresponding frontier researches also summarized. current problems couplings, such as how add wave-like behaviors into theoretical briefly prospected.

Nanoscale control of phonon excitations in graphene
Phonons, which are collective excitations in a lattice of atoms or molecules, play a major role in determining various physical properties of condensed matter, such as thermal and electrical conductivities. In particular, phonons in graphene interact strongly with electrons; however, unlike in usual metals, these interactions between phonons and massless Dirac fermions appear to mirror the rath...
متن کاملDynamical particle-phonon couplings in proton emission from spherical nuclei
We present results of coupled-channels calculations which are performed to understand the role of vibrational excitations of the daughter nucleus in proton emission decay of spherical nuclei. It is shown that the experimental decay rates from the 2d3/2, 3s1/2 and 1h11/2 states in proton emitting nuclei Re are reproduced simultaneously when the quadrupole phonon excitation of the core nuclei is ...
متن کاملThermal Effects in Photoemission and Electron-phonon Couplings of Fullerene
We show that thermal effects play a relevant role in the determination of the electron-phonon couplings based on the intensity of the phonon-shakeup peaks in photoemission spectra. In particular, we re-consider the determination of the electron-phonon couplings of fullerene based on a fit of the photoemission spectrum of C−60 in gas phase (1). We show that taking thermal effects into account re...
متن کاملObservation of distinct electron-phonon couplings in gated bilayer graphene.
A Raman study of a back gated bilayer graphene sample is presented. The changes in the Fermi level induced by charge transfer splits the Raman G band, hardening its higher component and softening the lower one. These two components are associated with the symmetric (S) and antisymmetric vibration (AS) of the atoms in the two layers, the later one becoming Raman active due to inversion symmetry ...
متن کاملQuark masses and weak couplings in the SM and beyond
I discuss two topics: i) the empirical adequacy of the Standard Model in the Flavour Sector in view of recent data; ii) the possible existence of a hidden structure in the quark masses and mixings based on textures.
